Our philosophy

We think good companies should set themselves some standards to try to live up to. We don’t always live up to them. But we try.

Inspire

Good research should inspire organisations to make a step change in their behaviour. Whether it’s a fundamental brand shift or optimising the performance of a website we aim to inspire change. To do that it all needs to be inspiring. Inspiring workshops to shape the project. Inspiring research design and moderation to get the best from respondents. Inspiring debriefs and presentations to generate energy and action within the organisation.

Challenge

We like to think of ourselves as a challenger brand. We’re not trying to start a revolution. There’s lots about current research practices that work brilliantly. But we think there’s room for lots of little improvements. So we try and challenge assumptions wherever we find them. Whether it’s interrogating client briefs, pioneering new methods, seeking fresh recruitment strategies or challenging client businesses to put their customers at the heart of the organisation, we try and keep ourselves in a permanent state of ‘seeking new challenges.’

Think human

We’re obsessed with technology. How it works. What it can do for us. What it can do for your business. Fortunately we’re also obsessed with people. Because that is what its really all about. How people think, feel and behave and how they interact with this increasingly technological world we live in.

So what?

Its all about the actions. Its about translating how people think, feel and behave into practical, meaningful, achievable changes for your business.
